Reflecting is a two sided screen that presents 2 views of the celebrated British Columbia landscape. Viewed in the gallery, the screen offers a line drawing rendered much like a paint by number canvas. The image is sourced from an official tourism brochure, "Beautiful B.C.". The screen is positioned to obscure the industrial landscape otherwise visible through the gallery window. Outside the gallery, looking in, the viewer sees a reflection of the industrial landscape of Granville Island with text on the windows that alludes to the imagined landscape depicted on the other side of the screen.
